About Re//Parent

Re//Parent was created to support parents during seasons when parenting feels emotionally intense and professional support isn’t always accessible.

I’m a regulation-based, relationship-centered parent coach who believes that supporting the parent is foundational. When parents feel steadier, more supported, and clearer in how they respond, everyday interactions at home often feel more manageable.

About Me

I’m a single parent of two children and the founder of Re//Parent. In addition to parent coaching, I work as a real estate agent in the Seattle area. Like many parents, I’ve navigated periods of overwhelm, uncertainty, and emotional intensity while trying to show up thoughtfully and consistently for my kids.

Re//Parent grew out of both lived experience and ongoing professional training—recognizing how much parents carry, and how rarely they are supported in slowing down, reflecting, and building steadier responses for themselves.

Training & Background

I am currently completing parent coach training through the Jai Institute for Parenting, where the focus is on nervous-system regulation, connection, and developmentally respectful support. My work is informed by this training and continues to deepen as I complete the certification process.

I have also been accepted into Seattle University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program, where I will continue my education toward becoming a licensed therapist in the future.

At this time, I provide parent coaching and educational support only. I am not yet certified or licensed and do not offer therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

My Approach

My work centers on supporting parents in slowing down reactivity, understanding their own responses, and building steadier patterns at home. This approach is informed by attachment research and nervous-system science, while remaining practical and focused on everyday life.

A Note on Scope

Re//Parent provides parent coaching and educational support only.
This work is not therapy and does not include diagnosis, clinical treatment, or legal guidance.

If and when therapy becomes available, I support and encourage that transition.

Why Re//Parent

Re//Parent exists because parenting is hard,  especially when resources are limited and emotions run high.

My hope is that parents who find their way here feel met with steadiness, respect, and clarity, and leave with a greater sense of confidence in how they show up.
